Momentum is a powerful group for Arise sisters
wanting additional support to focus on becoming an empowered, healing, thriving survivor.

It’s an additional cost of $287 a month with a 3 month minimum commitment.

During Helena’s coaching leads me from the negative side to a positive approach that can actually reset my nervous system to the way God has ordained it to function. It is even helping my blood pressure to stabilize.

I have a new understanding of how the abuse had stolen my positive character traits and how I had been left just an empty shell of who I was before my decades long marriage. Momentum’s support has set me on a journey to healing from abuse and regaining my agency. It’s hard work, but so rewarding and my hope and joy are being restored.

Before Momentum, I was feeling so lost, discouraged and scared. In Momentum I’m able to be authentic and hearing the trials of my sisters, as well as their victories, is encouraging and supportive. There is no condemnation, listening and bearing one another’s burdens. If you’re uncertain about joining Momentum, I would encourage you to jump into the deep, muddy waters of psychological abuse recovery and find the tools you need to calm the waters and enjoy the ride. There will be rough seas, but God has given Helena the experience and knowledge to bring you to the calmer waters. Best of all, she always encourages you to do this at your own pace no matter how slow that may be. I have found my sisters to be so loving and accepting. Never, do I feel anxious about speaking the truth of my abuse.
